Taegen architects are now in the third generation. 
Franz Taegen (1905 -1990) was a German 
architect working in Stuttgart, Berlin, Zingst, and 
after the 2.world war till his death in his own office
in Würzburg Germany. 

Axel and Irmeli Taegen founded 1985 their own 
office in Finland after 15 years of studying, working
and teaching together in Europe and Northern 
Africa. Jonna-Sarianne Taegen joined the office in
the year 2008.

The office has been engaged for over twenty 
years in multiple projects in Finland and worldwide 
from object- and architectural design to urban 
planning. The challenge for us remains the same: 
good design for mankind in respect for our common 
globe under changing conditions.
