Kospel Zeithorn

   One man solo project started up in 2006 by the other founding member
   of Ester Poland (the drummer). All instruments played, recorded, edited 
   and mixed by Kospel Zeithorn. Music varies from experimental neofolk to
   hypnotic psychedelic rock to noise.

Theme album inspired by the ancient Maya indians. The key element on this record might be the synthesizer, but as usual a bunch of different instruments are present. Shortly: nine songs of harmonies, sounds and psychedelic jamming.

Pimeyslyönti is KZ's fourth album and so far the most "dark/gloomy" one. It consists mostly of doom/drone style repetitive heavyrock and a couple of more mellow acoustic songs.

Faradayn häkki/nepér is KZ's third album, but the material recorded already before the first album "Synkkää kronologiaa". The album is sort of a collection of older songs. The songs were recorded between winter 2006 and spring 2007. The music follows the tradiotional KZ style: merciless repetition with some experimental touches.

Le Gril vol. I is KZ's second album and compared to other albums, consists more ambient and experimental stuff. The opening song Hydroavaruus, spiraalitiputus is over 20 minutes and divides in two parts: first part is spacey ambient and second part traditional minimalistic repetitive hypnorck. The album also includes two piano tracks.

Synkkää kronologiaa is KZ's first album. The album contains typical KZ material: repetitive hypnorock, experimental neofolk and some noise. Suprisingly the album includes also two tracks which are supposed to follow the traditional chorus-verse-chorus pattern.
