Very quick situation: all was over in 5 min. First had a glance from a distance of 50m, got bit by bit closer by car and photographing constantly.
No time for watching the bird by scope.
First idea was a Pied, but when looking through camera (Canon 40D, 300/4) especially breast and sides of it were warmly coloured,
plenty of white near tips of tail feathers and so on.
However, on my screen these warm colours are not visible(!), and instead i can see what i feel is a cold coloured female-plumaged Pied!
Despite of tens of twitchers this bird couldn't be re-located and watched properly after this.
